- (5) US quart glass jars
- (5) Wide-mouth lids and rings, with injection port and vent installed
- (1) 1"x10yd roll of micropore tape
- 480 grams of our organic, non-GMO rye grain berries
- 25 grams of pelletized gypsum
- Detailed instructions for grain spawn preparation
